Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of high standards of care
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care and referrals

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in community nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and risk management
