Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of high standards of care
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Assist with the coordination of patient care and referrals
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Experience in community nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of clinical governance and risk management
