Reporting to the Operations Director, you will need to be people orientated and have a passion for truly motivating, inspiring, and leading your teams. With particular focus on driving revenue, guest satisfaction and service delivery, your overall accountability will be for driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting us apart from the competition as both a preferred employer and a destination to dine, drink and stay.

Through ongoing critiquing of financial KPI's, you will be expected to take ownership for the profitability of all sites and with the support of our marketing team prompting actions to maximise sales growth wherever possible.

You will be a natural leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, possessing strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training and performance management
  • Oversee multiple sites within hospitality or retail
  • Drive commercial acumen and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
  • Enhance and drive guest satisfaction through service standards strategy & delivery
  • Ensure all sites operate lawfully, safely and responsibly
  • Display outstanding leadership skills and foster a positive work environment
  • Possess high attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability
