The Role

  • Solar security system upgrades and maintenance for our customers nationwide.
  • Plan and execute scheduled routine checks and upgrades.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Effective communication with colleagues, customers, and third parties, taking ownership of user requests and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • System reconfigurations and decommissions.

 

Requirements (Essential)

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar technical role.
  • Self-motivation and organisation.
  • Working under deadlines.
  • A logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Clear communication via email, phone, and in person, working both independently and as a team.
  • A willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to complex concepts.
  • Honest and discreet handling of confidential information.
  • Prioritising and balancing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work at height.
  • A valid full UK driving licence with no points or pending convictions.

 

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary is up to £32,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission opportunities and overtime compensation. This package reflects the high demand for skilled engineers like you in the industry. As a key player in our team, you will be rewarded for your dedication and hard work.
