Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to handle a caseload of high-value defendant EL/PL and RTA claims up to £1m. The successful candidate will assist a more senior member of the team on cases exceeding £1m.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of high-value defendant EL/PL and RTA claims up to £1m.
  • Assisting a more senior member of the team on cases exceeding £1m.
  • Managing a team of junior solicitors and providing guidance and support.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous catastrophic injury experience is essential, either managing your own caseload or assisting.
  • Defendant experience is preferred, but those with a claimant background should still apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
