Results-Driven Sales Leader for Financial Institutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate growth with our current customers, comprised of the UK and Ireland's most successful banks and fintechs.
As a true business generator, you will understand the transformation financial institutions are undergoing and drive innovation with our partners to develop the financial services of the future.
You will manage key customer relationships, run daily operations, and ensure we continuously exceed their expectations by utilizing your internal network and engaging internal resources.
This role is part of our sales team, where you will help design, drive, and execute our UK and Ireland sales and growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Accountable for all commercial activities and initiatives across multiple strategic accounts
- Drive revenue growth and generate new sales, upselling, and cross-selling with existing customers
- Identify key customers' business models and target opportunities for innovation – delivering outstanding products tailored to their needs
- Work closely with stakeholders to build valuable, strategic relationships and be known as the trusted advisor across all accounts
- Main point of contact on the account to the wider Tink business, understanding and owning all internal communications and updates
- Provide guidance and support on major contract negotiations
- Develop and execute an account and portfolio management strategy
- 5+ years of account management and/or enterprise sales experience, preferably in Financial Services/Technology, with a clear track-record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and upselling across previously managed accounts
- Leadership experience and proven influencing, selling, and negotiation skills
- Preferably working with deeply-integrated solutions supporting the programmatic delivery of financial services
- Experience from a fast-paced high-growth organization working innovative disruptive products is highly meriting
- Direct experience of working with key strategic stakeholders at large organizations, ideally in the Financial Services industry
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
