Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Civils Project Manager from a Highways background to join our team at RISE Technical Recruitment Limited.

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in project management, particularly in the highways sector. As a Civils Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience of managing large-scale construction projects. A strong understanding of health and safety procedures, risk management, and contractual requirements is essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £44,428 - £47,420 per annum, plus a car allowance of £3,203, 20.20% pension, sick pay, enhanced holiday entitlement, career progression opportunities, work-life balance, and staff discounts.

We are based in Luton, with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, with a standard working week of 37 hours.
