We are seeking a Civil Engineering Specialist to join our Nuclear and Power business. This role involves working on engineering and waste management projects for clients in the Nuclear Decommissioning sector.

As a key member of our civil/structural team, you will be responsible for delivering varied design and engineering packages for key nuclear clients. You may oversee junior engineers and designers and integrate with the wider disciplines within the engineering group.

The ideal candidate will have good Civil Structural design and engineering experience in industry. Excellent team player skills, self-motivation, and ability to collaborate effectively with market colleagues and the management team are essential.

With a strong background in engineering design and substantiation, including first principles analysis, you should have a good knowledge of UK and International design codes and industry regulations. Experience in the nuclear sector is desirable but not required.

A salary range of £62,000 - £82,000 per annum reflects your expertise and qualifications. As an Incorporated Engineer or working towards chartership with a recognised institution, you will hold a minimum engineering degree qualification (accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers or the Institution of Structural Engineers, or other recognised body).

Collaboration, innovation, and process improvement are highly valued in this role. You will primarily focus on project delivery, working across our business to develop processes, methods, and toolsets.
