We are seeking a highly skilled Data Ethics Framework Developer to join our Enterprise Data Management team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a formal data ethics framework for BNY Mellon, including policy, controls, assessment methodology, operating model, and tooling.

Key responsibilities include driving the adoption of the data ethics methodology and tooling, providing subject matter expertise to data science teams and business/technology change initiatives, and developing and delivering data ethics training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, technical proficiency in data ethics, data governance, data privacy, and/or data risk/compliance, and working knowledge of data ethics principles, industry standards, legal/regulatory requirements, and supporting tools.
