Job Summary

The SAP Business ByDesign Project Manager will be responsible for delivering NTT's ByDesign project implementations in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance with process design and implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Anticipate client needs and propose alternative business solutions as required.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of each client's business, organisation, and objectives.
  • Ensure project deliverables conform to quality standards defined in the professional services quality management plan.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings and maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Communicate project information effectively to superiors and peers.

Required Skills:

  • Significant ERP implementation experience with ByDesign emphasis desirable.
  • Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams and delivery partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to engage, mobilise, and motivate multiple teams.
  • Excellent English, verbal and written, communication required.
