Job Title: Head of Software Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Software Delivery to lead the development and delivery of software solutions that support our private banking operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the software delivery strategy for the private banking division, ensuring alignment with the bank's business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects related to core banking, Treasury systems, Finance systems, and Equation.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, project managers, and QA engineers specializing in private banking systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, product owners, and other stakeholders in private banking to understand their requirements and priorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing frameworks and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions for private banking.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve software delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, proficiency in programming languages, and experience with core banking systems, Treasury systems, and finance systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
