Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Real Estate Solicitor - Energy Law Expert, you will play a key role in handling real estate matters related to energy projects, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for renewable energy projects such as wind and solar energy
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements related to real estate energy projects
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm to support multidisciplinary projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' PQE in real estate law, with some experience in energy law
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong technical and commercial skills
  • Effective communication and ability to work well within a team
  • Interest in renewable energy and desire to develop expertise in this sector
