About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused individual who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service. As a KFC Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
