Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity combines marketing and administrative responsibilities, requiring a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the promotion and marketing of Designate's services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop case studies, collateral, and sales materials that showcase the agency's capabilities.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities, including event planning, content creation, and campaign analysis.
  • Develop and maintain marketing strategies that align with Designate's agency strategy and goals.
  • Assist with agency administration tasks, such as HR files, appraisal setting, CPD, and supply management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including social media marketing and content creation.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
