About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Executive to join our team in providing expert advice and solutions for complex and high-risk cases across various geographic regions. This role requires a deep knowledge of all aspects of employee relations, employment law, and occupational health.

As an ER Executive, you will work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to ensure risks are assessed, legal responsibilities are met, and valued behaviours are upheld. You will play a vital role in building trusted relationships, providing expert advice, and making informed decisions on how to manage each situation.

In this dynamic environment, you will contribute to the development of line manager expertise through coaching and support, particularly in managing disciplinaries, fair treatments, capability, and performance-related issues. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and stay up-to-date with ER knowledge and best practices is essential.
