Homecare Assistant with a Difference

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Assistant with a Difference to join our team at Unique Training Solutions. As a Homecare Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based care and support to vulnerable adults
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
- Prepare meals and snacks for service users
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for service users
- Develop and implement care plans in consultation with service users and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caring or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
