Production Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Production Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Corby Asphalt & Concrete Plants in Northamptonshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aggregates and asphalt products, including carrying out product compliance sampling and testing. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate test results and reports.
A business use van will be provided to enable regular travel between sites. Previous laboratory experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an Aviva Pension scheme, and access to our employee benefits platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out product compliance sampling and testing for aggregates and asphalt
- Inputting and interpreting test data, producing reports of non-conforming material
- Maintaining awareness of site practices and quality procedures, taking action where necessary
