The successful candidate will work cohesively within a team, taking responsibility for individual work, and exercising financial control over tasks carried out. They will ensure Quality Control compliance, dealing with non-compliance matters efficiently, and participate in marketing events to contribute to the firm's growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of individual tasks.
- Exercise financial control over work carried out, ensuring billing targets are met.
- Ensure Quality Control compliance, addressing non-compliance matters in a timely manner.
- Participate in marketing events to contribute to the firm's growth.
- Draft legal documents, liaise with clients, and develop advocacy skills.

Key Skills:
- A strong academic record and relevant experience in legal aid and litigation.
