Job Summary:

Team Support Staff is seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for driving curtain-sided continental trailers from the ferry, performing a full strip-down of the trailer, and delivering goods to various locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive curtain-sided continental trailers from the ferry
  • Perform a full strip-down of the trailer
  • Deliver goods to various locations across the UK
  • Strap goods for export
  • Delivery of trailers around the UK from the port in Immingham
  • Reload trailer and return to port
  • May be required to perform multidrop trailers
  • Must be familiar with tachograph regulations
  • Start times may vary, but drivers will be required to use the maximum hours legally allowed
  • Must have all necessary PPE, including hard hat, safety boots, and high-visibility vest

Requirements:

  • Over 25 years old for insurance purposes
  • Over 2 years of experience with a C+E license
  • No more than 6 points on license, with no points other than speeding or mobile

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rates, including £14.18 per hour for days, £14.93 per hour for nights, £16.00 per hour for Saturdays, and £17.00 per hour for Sundays
