Job Title: Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lecturer to join our team at Solihull College & University Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on our Health and Social Care courses, specifically the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students on our Health and Social Care courses.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of our Health and Social Care curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in delivering Health and Social Care courses.
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to support students' learning and be occupationally competent.
  • Industry knowledge and experience of delivering Health and Social Care in a Further Education setting.
