Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Red Rock Consultants Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical services across various projects in commercial environments such as healthcare, hospitality, education, leisure, retail, and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of mechanical projects from initiation to completion.
- Management and coordination of teams of engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Maintenance of high standards of workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Financial management and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on mechanical project management.
- A proven track record in delivering large-scale projects is essential.
Estimated salary range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
