">Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £12.00 to £13.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive mileage and travel time payments at 45p per mile/travel paid at minimum wage per hour.
">Job DescriptionAs a Senior Companion with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing companionship, support with daily tasks, and assistance with personal care activities. Your role will involve working independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
">Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills through our award-winning training programme. You must also hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

- Minimum 1 hour calls- time to develop and build a great relationship with your client
