Garment and Pattern Designer Vacancy

Job Description:

We are recruiting for a skilled Garment and Pattern Designer to join our Wearables & Leisure team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains master patterns for a range of garment sizes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.
• Translates design specifications into separate pattern pieces, minimising material waste and optimising manufacturing processes.
• Computes and adjusts pattern dimensions to ensure a perfect fit.
• Creates and tests sample garments to validate pattern accuracy.
• Collaborates with the team to implement improvements in manufacturing methods and processes.

About You:

As a successful candidate, you will have:

• Educated to Secondary School level, with 5 GCSEs.
• Relevant experience in garment design and production.
• Ability to work unsupervised and supervise others.
