**Job Summary**

Assystem is a leading global engineering consultancy accelerating the energy transition worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of the energy landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide project and commercial leadership to sub-project managers and team members.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver benefits to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Support business growth and function in an operational role between projects.

**Accountabilities**

  • Overall performance of assigned work packages, including delivery, cost, and schedule performance.
  • Risk management and mitigation.
  • Management of assigned project managers.
  • Project setup, SQEP assessment, project governance, project close-out, and lessons learned.

**Requirements**

  • Engineering design and construction experience preferred.
  • NEC4 PSC experience.
  • Proven track record of leading major projects in a highly regulated industry as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from business case approval to handover.
  • Contract management and change control experience.
  • Risk management experience.
  • BSc/BEng in a related engineering/construction/project management discipline.
  • Association for Project Management Registered Project Professional.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

  • NEC4 Accredited Project Manager.
  • Project funding model experience.
  • Project Management Chartership.
  • Site development, consenting, and permitting experience.
  • CEMAR experience.

**Additional Information**

Due to the nature of work, applicants will be required to meet certain criteria to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance.
