We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our dynamic team at Peace Recruitment Group Ltd. As a leading construction company in Scotland, we are committed to blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a talented team of Senior Architectural Technicians, guiding them in the design and delivery of various residential projects.
- Oversee architectural design and technical aspects of new-build developments, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the architectural team, ensuring designs meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the construction and sales teams to deliver cohesive projects.
- Ensure all planning permissions and building regulations are met on time.
Requirements:
- Ability to balance creative design with practical considerations.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in residential construction and architectural management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus in July, performance-dependent.
