About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the submission of reports to external and internal bodies, including the development and review of tasks and actions required by the hospital and external regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables, ensuring that all deadlines are met and actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support across a range of areas, including the development and review of policies and procedures, and the maintenance of records and databases.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Quality Improvement Leads to ensure that audits are carried out as required and oversee the work of the hospital Medical Secretaries and Mental Health Act Administrators.
Requirements
  • Administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare.
  • Previous line management experience is desirable.
