About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote a caring environment for service users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the service users.
  • To ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual need.
  • To implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations,including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency, managing staff rotas, recruiting and training new staff members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Homecare Manager.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards, with a focus on person-centred care.
