About the Role

The Facilities Contract Transition Manager will oversee the onboarding of a new supplier, ensuring a seamless handover and effective management of interactions. This role requires strong contract management skills, with the ability to allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transition of facilities contracts to ensure a smooth handover
  • Liaise with the incumbent supplier and new supplier to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Work with the new supplier to adapt to contractual commitments and deliver the required service
  • Manage and allocate financial, people, and other resources to meet objectives
  • Lead tender processes related to general estates management, including hard and soft services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in contract delivery
  • Understanding of BREEAM (desirable)
  • Experience of contract management and resource allocation
  • Leadership skills in tender processes for general estates management
What We Offer

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going permanent. The role is based on a single site, with a hybrid working arrangement depending on workload.
