Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will work closely with the sales team to drive sales and achieve business objectives, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and contributing to visual merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customers' needs and addressing any queries they may have.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
  3. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively advise customers and process transactions accurately.
  4. Support visual merchandising efforts by creating visually appealing store displays and contributing to store aesthetics.
  5. Perform daily tasks such as stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and processing returns.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results-driven initiatives.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  5. Above standard command of English language.
