Overview

Lookers Volkswagen Silverlink:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join our successful team at Lookers Volkswagen Silverlink.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent customer service.

You will also be expected to hit targets and be ambitious in your sales approach. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. You will also receive excellent benefits, including opportunities for career development and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
  • Negotiate the final price for the sale
  • Complete relevant paperwork for each sale

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about what you do. A full UK driving license is also essential.
