Academics Teaching Assistant

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students in challenging environments, preparing lessons, and delivering engaging activities that cater to their unique needs. Your dedication, expertise, and passion for education will make a significant impact on our students' lives and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lesson preparation in all areas of the school curriculum, considering varied levels of student abilities.
- Provide stimulating activities that promote learning and development, while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
- Identify and address individual student needs, developing tailored solutions to overcome challenges.

Requirements
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience working in an education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
