About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our Corporate Practice Development team at Northampton General Hospital. As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our nursing staff and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of training programmes and education to nursing staff
- Work closely with clinical teams to identify learning needs and develop training plans
- Provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff to improve their clinical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our nursing staff have access to the latest training and education
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Experience of teaching and assessing in clinical practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
