Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Intensive Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Fellow to join our team in Paediatric Intensive Care at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess and manage critically ill children and infants in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in teaching and training activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- MRCPCH or equivalent qualification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) training
- Teaching qualifications
- Prior experience in a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Experience in assessing and managing critically ill children and infants
- Phlebotomy and cannulation skills
- Arterial cannulation skills
- Airway management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuing professional development
