Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehab Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality stroke rehabilitation services to patients in their homes and local communities.

The ideal candidate will have 18 months to 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience, with a strong understanding of evidence-based stroke care. They will also have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and possess a valid UK driving license.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service.

You will be based at St Michael's Primary Care Centre, with easy access to parking and transport links to Herts and central London.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for stroke patients
  • Deliver high-quality stroke rehabilitation services in patients' homes and local communities
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to stroke patients and their carers
