Elderly Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elderly Care Assistant to join our team at Xealthcares care home in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities- Persoanl Care Assistance: Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- No formal qualifications in Health & Social Care are required, but it would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in a care setting or similar role is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals.
- An attractive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour.
