Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Engineering Manager - Production Development at Disability Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of improvements to product and processes to support manufacturing growth, new products, and continuous improvement projects. This role will involve providing leadership, strategy, and solutions to prevent and address issues across production and development teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure high-quality materials and services.
  • Providing technical expertise to resolve complex problems and improve processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave starting at 25 days (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme, cash health plan, cycle to work scheme, global bonus plan, share scheme, rewards scheme, and life assurance.
