Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the cellular pathology department, ensuring alignment with the Trust's overall strategy and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve service delivery, quality, and patient outcomes.

- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
