About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 11-16 to achieve outstanding outcomes and track their progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students to help them reach their full potential
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and training in education or a related field
  • Experience working with students aged 11-16, particularly those with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents
