Your primary focus will be on implementing and deploying our Workday Financial platform to enhance employee experience and support overseas business growth. With a strong background in functional ERP Financials Business System Analysis, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing needs, providing conceptual and detailed designs, managing configurations in Workday, testing, and supporting the rollout of the solution. Your expertise in Workday Financial modules, such as Financial Management, Banking & Settlement, Payable, Projects, Expenses, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, will enable you to drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in development, configuration, implementation, and support of functional ERP Financials Business System Analysis, preferably in Workday Financial Implementation. You will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and internal customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and market research in the United States.
