Account Recovery and Customer Service Professional

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Quality and Complaints Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounts that require work in line with the current IN Notice of Default period and Post Notice of Default strategy.
You will also be responsible for effectively managing the ongoing asset recovery and disposal process for voluntary terminations, PCP hand-backs, repossessions, and voluntary surrenders. This will involve liaising with third party agents on all asset recovery requirements and managing asset sales through auction houses and approved sales channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently. Previous experience in a collections/customer service environment and excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, pension scheme, and life insurance.
