Construction Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Construction team as a Labourer. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in helping us build our quality, affordable homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual duties on site, including assisting with the construction of our homes.
• Work alongside a number of sub-contractors and trades, ensuring that materials are available to them as and when required.
• Maintain a clean and presentable site, adhering to our high standards of health and safety and build quality.
• Assist the Site Manager in material management, reporting discrepancies and product defects.
• Support the site management team in maintaining excellent customer service, health and safety, and build quality.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and instructions, including our Health and Safety and Environmental and Corporate Responsibility Policies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
• Enthusiasm to work in a quality-driven business is vital.
• A 'Can Do' attitude is required, as you will be a direct representative of the wider Construction team and regional business.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills are necessary.
