**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Operate CNC turning machines efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to right-first time principles
- Develop and implement efficient production methods, improving overall productivity and reducing waste
- Collaborate with the Production Manager, reporting production progress and any challenges encountered

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of machining strategies and tooling solutions, particularly in stainless steel and aluminium
- Experience with CNC turning centres, twin turret twin spindle, 8 Axis mill-turn centres with Fanuc controls, and single turret twin spindle, 5 Axis mill-turn centres with Siemens controls is preferred
