Job Description

We're looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join our Internal Development team. As a CRM Developer at 4Com, you'll participate in and support our AGILE methodology and related team activities and ceremonies. You'll contribute towards building a self-organised team and work on building a bespoke CRM solution tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 modules, including customisation, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and adhering to our coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and apply that knowledge to improve our CRM solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including customisation, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Integration techniques, using Azure Functions, RESTful APIs, web services, and data migration strategies within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and best practices for securing data within the platform.
  • Experience in Power Platform, Azure pipelines, CI/CD, programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, unit testing, and an understanding of web development.
