We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre, located in Warrington, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role within our care home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the clinical area, ensuring the timely provision of high-quality care to residents. This involves effective supervision, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, as well as providing support and guidance to staff members.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a strong background in healthcare, with experience in managing people, services, and quality targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

  • Management of the clinical area, ensuring the delivery of business performance and quality targets.
  • Supervision and guidance of staff members to ensure high standards of care.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribution to the management of safety, quality, and financial aspects of the care home.
  • Promotion of the care home in the wider community.

Requirements:

  • 1st Level Nurse qualification.
  • Broad experience in healthcare management, with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and specialized healthcare software.
