Innovation is a key driver of growth at Nomad Foods Inc. As a Senior Brand Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the Global Portfolio Team responsible for building a commercially viable innovation and renovation pipeline. You will lead the flywheel process, ensuring markets have clear blueprints with how to win plans across Must Win Battles (MWBs).

As a key member of the Nomad Foods' Group Portfolio Team, you will work closely with marketing colleagues to develop and execute strategies that drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the category vision and its key drivers for segment growth and brand growth
  • Developing compelling innovation concepts that are co-created with consumers to uncover true insights and identify clear benefits and reasons to believe
  • Applying principles of portfolio management and space & place to support Market Units (MUs) in identifying opportunities for New Product Development (NPD)
  • Leading innovation and renovation work streams in a cross-functional team

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles in FMCG companies, ideally in the food industry
  • Proven track record of achievement in an FMCG environment
  • Strong people influence skills and collaboration to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills

Mandatory language requirements include English, with Italian, German, or French being an advantage.
