Job Title: University Graduates - Teaching Assistant

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic University Graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for bright and ambitious University Graduates to support our students in a variety of subjects, including Maths, Science, Computer Science, Geography, English, Business Studies/Economics, Social Sciences, and Religious Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to provide high-quality education and care to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in KS3 & KS4 (Aged 11-16) in a variety of subjects
  • Work with Sixth Formers (KS5) during exam preparation
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • University Graduate with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Confidence and ability to provide feedback and guidance
  • Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to commit to a full-time contract for the academic year
