Nurse Specialist

We are recruiting a Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This role requires a skilled nurse with experience of working in an inpatient environment and leading teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
The estimated salary for this role is around £39,746 - £50,296 per annum. Our Trust provides innovative mental health services to children, young people and adults in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of care plans for patients with complex needs.
- To provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff.
