Salary: £20,500 - £25,500 per annum (pro rata)

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Activity Instructor. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The role involves delivering engaging and structured outdoor activities to groups of children aged 7-14. You will work closely with our experienced instructors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver activities for children aged 7-14, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment
  • Encourage participation through enthusiasm, passion, and energy
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by yourself and the children in your care
  • Attend all required training and induction days prior to starting on camp
