Job Title: Quantum Expert Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Expert Director to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Quantum team, you will be responsible for preparing analysis and expert reports for high-value and complex arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programs.
  • Review and assess contemporaneous project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes.
  • Perform quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including clients and supply-chain partners, and chair meetings as necessary.
  • Analyze project and major program performance, identifying root causes of distress.
  • Support the interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Act as an ambassador for our Contract Services, championing our expertise in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or a similar degree in construction.
  • Master's degree in an applicable construction specialism, preferably a construction law LLM or similar.
