Wealth Planning Administrator Opportunity

Location: Cobham

Salary: Up to £35,000

We are working with a highly successful, independent wealth planning firm in Cobham that is seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Administrator to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that values teamwork, offers mentorship, and provides full support for exam progression and a route through to paraplanning.

About the Company: Our client is a well-respected, boutique wealth planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to their clients. Their team is made up of experienced professionals who work closely together to ensure client needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business and handling client documentation
  • Managing the Advisers' inbox and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Preparing for client meetings, ensuring all materials and reports are ready
  • Coordinating with Advisers to provide outstanding service to clients
  • Organising annual reviews for clients and scheduling these into the Advisers' diaries
