Packing Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packing Operator to join our team at T&L Sugars Limited (UK). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and pack Tate & Lyle Sugars and customer-branded products on a shift basis.
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in packing and production/manufacturing environments.
  • Good knowledge of packing and process operations, basic mechanical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for personal development and process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
